Relax at this peaceful secured beach front gated community in Saint Ann Jamaica. When you are ready for an excursion, take a 10 minute trip to the tourist town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, then spend the rest of your evening at the pool or rest under a canopy at the private breach while gazing at the sunset across the Caribbean Sea. The private pool and beach are a two minute walk from the villa.
The home is a three bedroom two and a half bathroom open space bungalow with a roof top terrace. The terrace is accessible by stairs that are located at the rear of the home. The master bedroom has an on suite bath room with a shower, bathtub and his and her sink. A work station is also located in the master bedroom for days that you or your company need to catch up on work. Each bedroom has large closets to easily store your belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, pots and pans, crockery, toaster, kettle and blender. There is a full patio set in the backyard and a charcoal barbecue. The living room has a smart TV where you can log into streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime or Disney. Also, feel free to ask Alexa questions about Jamaica, such as “Alexa what’s the weather!”

Two minute walk to the beach, pool, gym and club house. Two tennis courts, a childrens playground and half court basketball court are a few steps away. 10 minute drive to the town of Ocho Rios, near tourist attractions such as Dunns River Falls and Dolphins Cove.
Getting Around
Guests can use the Knutsford Express to get to and from the airport and Saint Ann’s, and to major cities and towns across the island, such as Kingston and Montego Bay Jamaica. Alternatively, upon each guest’s request, the hosts or property managers will provide guests with trusted contacts for 24/7 taxi or charter services to transport guests to and from the airport and the villa, and around to all the sites, restaurants, public beaches, local attractions, and more!
